Glorianny Guevara brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a well-rounded background spanning underwriting, closing, title processing, compliance, and loan processing management. She began her career as an underwriter and later spent nearly eight years working in closing and closing management roles, including compliance oversight. She also worked as a title processor for two years and has held processing management positions for the past 13 years.

Throughout her career, Glorianny has gained experience across all areas of the financing side of the mortgage industry. She has been a commissioned notary since 2001 and has held her real estate license for the past three years, giving her a strong understanding of both the lending and real estate aspects of the transaction process.

Her areas of expertise include client relationships, document review, loan coordination, and managing complex transactions while maintaining efficiency and compliance. As a Loan Officer Assistant with NNB Financial, she works closely with borrowers, real estate agents, title companies, and lenders to help make the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible while ensuring transactions move efficiently toward an on-time closing.
